It is a Semi-Automatic installation with a single workstation which makes it possible to produce a wide range of reinforced and unreinforced concrete structures and in particular circular pipes; ovoid pipes, box culverts and various other special pieces of large dimensions.
Depending on the type of installation, the “CARTHAGE 3000 SS” Machine can work with a second casting station: “CARTHAGE 3000 DS”
- These machines work in pits, according to the principle of “VIBRO-COMPRESSION”
- Possibility of producing works of rectangular, cylindrical, conical, ovoid shape and special pieces of various sections
- Possibility of adopting a large grain size with good static results
- The vibration generation is created by a central vibrator of great power, with frequency and adjustable centrifugal force; mounted inside the interior mold (Core) of the work.
- The installation of the CARTHAGE 3000 SS Machine is managed by a Programmable Logic Controller with graphical interface and can control one or two workstations depending on the type of installation.
- Automatic concrete feeding of different forms of molds: cylindrical; ovoid; square; rectangular.
- Using the program introduced in the PLC and the corresponding electronic elements we can fill the concrete box culverts and irregular parts automatically.
- Automatic pressing and compression of works with adjustable intermittent cycle
- Demolding and transport of the product made with the outer mold to the drying area using anoverhead crane.

- Increase in production (almost double that of a single station) with the same plant equipment (concrete plant, overhead crane, molds, etc.)
- Great flexibility for production: Possibility of manufacturing two different structures simultaneously during the day (Pipes / Boxes; Pipes / Pipes; Boxes / Boxes….).
- Concrete feed by means of a main conveyor belt pivoting between the two stations, and a distribution belt mounted under the front of this, which ensures the Automatic and homogeneous filling of molds of any format (circular, rectangular, square, ovoid….)
