UNIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BOX CULVERTS
The project was carried out in 2015/2016 at the request of the Gloulou industrialconcrete company”SOBIG” located in Msaken Governorate of SOUSSE, Leader in the field of Ready-to-Use Concrete and Prefabricated Concrete:
This project consists of the realization of a complete installation for the production of Box Culvert from 600 × 600 to 4000 × 3000 mm.
This is a single Manufacturing Station production including:
- Automatic vibration with central vibrator
- Automatic concrete feed according to the shape of the mold
- Automatic pressing of products with Gantry Press
- Demoulding of finished products using overhead crane
- A planetary mixer of 1.5 m³ of concrete finished with Skip
- Two cement silos with a capacity of 65 T.
- Four aggregate storage hoppers with a capacity of 4x 30 m³
- Conveyor with 16m long, 600mm wide
- Un Malaxeur planétaire de 1.5 m³ de béton fini avec Skip
- Deux Silo à ciment de capacité 65 T.
- Quatre trémies de stockage agrégat de capacité 4x 30 m³
- Un convoyeur de longueur 16m, larg 600mm
- Molds : 1.5x2m / 3x2m / 3 × 3 m / 2.5x1m / 2 × 1.5m
- Capacity 25T-Range 20 m
- Capacity 15T, for turning BoxCulvert horizontally.
