COMPLETE UNIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PIPES &BOX CULVERT
The project was carried out in 2018/2019 at the request of the COMPANY “BEN SAID – PREFA” located in SAWEF Governorate of ZAGHOUAN, which is specialized in the field of Public Works and Building (BTP)
The project consists of the realization of a complete installation for the production of Pipes & Boxes
- Pipes from Ø 600 to Ø 3000 mm
- Boxes from 600 × 600 to 3000 × 3000 mm.
It is an installation with two production stations comprising
- Vibration with central vibrator
- Automatic concrete feed according to the shape of the mold
- Automatic product pressing with Gantry Presses
- Demoulding of finished products using overhead crane
- A planetary mixer of 1.5 m³ of concrete finished with Skip
- Two cement silos with a capacity of 65 T.
- Four aggregate storage hoppers with a capacity of 4x 30 m³
- A conveyor length 12m, width 600mm
