The project was carried out in2012/2013 at the request of the « SIREP-PREFA » COMPANY located in SKHIRA Governorate of SFAX, specializing in the field of Prefabricated Concrete and Ready-to-use Concrete
The project consists of the realization of a block press with molds and accessories
“HANNIBAL 600” PRODUCTION FACILITY
The installation is made up of the production machine and the entire palletizing and drying device:
- Usable working surface: 1100 × 600 mm
- Board injector magazine
- Automatic / Manual Operation
- Work cycle: 18 to 22 seconds depending on the type of product
- Production Borders T2: 2 pieces / cycle
- Pavers production: 0.5 m² / cycle
- Productionblock 20x20x40 : 6 pieces / cycle
- Product height: min / max: 50 min / 300 mm
- Molds for interjoists of 16 and 20
- Molds for concrete blocks
