The project carried out in 2016/2017 at the request of the COMPANY “BEST-BETON”/SOROUBAT Group, “Road and Building Company” Established in JEBAL EL OUST Governorate of ZAGHOUAN

The Project consists of the realization of a set of machines and molds for a manufacturing unit of Pipes and Boxes;

  • Automatic Batching Concrete Plant:
  • A planetary mixer of 1.5 m³ of concrete finished with Skip
  • Two cement silos with a capacity of 65 T.
  • Four aggregate storage hoppers with a capacity of 4x 30 m³
  • Set of molds for Box culvert:
  • 1.5 × 1.5m / 2x1m / 2 × 1.5m / 2x2m / 2.5 × 1.5m / 2.5x2m
  • Crush testing machines Pipes:
  • Capacity 500 KN –Ømax Pipes 1600 mm
  • Digital display control console with Manual and Automatic mode
  • Integrated printer for editing test reports
  • Pipe leak testing machines:
  • Max length Pipes: 5000 mm – Ømax Pipes 1600 mm
  • Tightening hydraulic sealing plates
  • System for angular offset of the interlocking
